Easy Blackberry Cobbler



This fruit cobbler recipe is an easy one with melted butter, flour, and fruit or berries along with other ingredients. This is the easiest recipe!
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 to 5 cups peeled sliced fruit OR berries
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt the butter in 9x13 pan.
Mix together the flour, milk, sugar, and baking powder; pour over melted butter
Put fruit (your choice), approx 4-5 cups over mixture
Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over top
Bake in 350° oven until golden brown (usually 30-35 minutes depending on oven temp.)
